How To Make Turkey Tetrazzini
You Will Need
  • 2 tbs cornstarch
  • 1 1/4 cups of milk
  • 3/4 cup of broth
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp of pepper
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbs of dry white wine
  • 1 Can (4 ounces) of drained mushrooms
  • 1 Jar (2 ounces) of chopped pimiento
  • 8 Ounces of spaghetti
  • 2 cups of cooked turkey
  • 2 tbs of sliced almonds
step 1Preheat the oven to 375 F.
step 2In a 3-quart saucepan, over medium heat, combine cornstarch with milk, broth, salt, garlic powder and pepper
step 3Bring this mixture to boil, stirring constantly.
step 4Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese, dry white wine, mushrooms, pimiento, cooked turkey, and spaghetti, cooked according to package directions and drained.
step 5Pour this mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish.
step 6Top with some more parmesan cheese and sliced almonds.
step 7Bake in a preheated 375 F oven for 25 minutes or until mixture bubbles and top is browned.
step 8Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
